Easy Fruit Cobbler
A quick, delicious dessert filled with fresh fruit!

Ingredients

cups
fruit of choice

lemon juice

sugar

cup
plain flour

melted butter or margarine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place 4 cups of fruit in a lightly greased 8" square baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Stir together 1 large egg, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of plain flour until the mixture is coarse.
Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit.
Drizzle 6 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine over the topping.
Bake for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
Notes
Make sure you
do not
stir the ingredients after you sprinkle the mixture over the fruit.
