Mango Blueberry Bread
This recipe for mango blueberry bread is simple, easy, and something different from the ordinary. It's also easy to customize.

- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups chopped mango
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla flavoring
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
Mix flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
Stir in sugar, coconut, and nuts.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
I used a little less than 1/4 cup of blueberries. Sprinkle however many you wish into your mix.
