Sausage Balls
A bit of kick with crispy, cheesy edges for a party appetizer that is sure to please

- 1 lb. hot ground sausage
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 10 oz. shredded sharp cheese
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Place the cheese and sausage in a large bowl.
Mix the sausage and cheese together with your hands. I'm serious.
Add in the Bisquick and continue mixing (with your hands, you can do it).
Pinch off a bit of the mixture and roll it between your hands to form small balls.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.
These freeze really well. Do not cook them before freezing.
I cooked mine 20 minutes but check around 15 so you don't burn them, depending on how your oven cooks.
