Blueberry Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box cake mix

Instructions

  • Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine in a pan.
  • Sprinkle in 2 1/2 cups of blueberries.
  • On top of the blueberries, add 1 large can of crushed pineapple.
  • Gently stir.
  • Prepare a box of cake mix according to the package directions and pour it into a 13 x 9 baking dish.
  • Pour the mixture of butter, blueberries, and pineapple on top of the prepared cake mix. *You do not need to stir!
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Notes

I used crushed pineapple in heavy syrup and yellow cake mix.
